For change of container, machine to stop, change container and restart the equipment. Hence known it Batch Type. Generally used where frequent start-n-stop is required.

Application requires two stage grinding1st stage in Hammer Crusher for Coarse grinding and 2nd stage in Micro Pulveriser for Fine grinding. Useful where different variety of products to be pulverized. Fineness attainable up to 90-95% particles passing through 60 Mesh BSS.

Our Turmeric Grinding System consisting of thefollowing equipment:-

1) AIR SWEPT MILL ASM-10: This machine with a 10 H.P. motor would fine grind the turmeric in to fine powder ofapproximately 50-90 mesh. The capacity achieved would be approx 50-60 kgs/hr.
2) PNEUMATIC CONVEYING SYSTEM MODEL PCS-400 : This System will comprise of a cyclone separator and theducting which will separate the air and the material. The material will be conveyed from the Air Swept Mill in to theCollection drum through the Rotary Air Lock Valve.
3) ROTARY AIR-LOCK VALVE MODEL RALV-200 : This equipment will discharge the pulverized powder from thecyclone separator into the Air Swept Mill but will prevent the air from coming out along with the material. This valvewill prevent the dusting at the collection end.
4) OPEN TYPE DUST COLLECTOR : The function of dust collection unit is to collect fine dust & release clean air in tothe atmosphere.
Our system has product contact parts in STAINLESSSTEEL304 and non-contact parts in MILD STEEL.
